What type of evidence do you need to prove a parent unfit? What sort of info, documentation, etc. do you need to prove they do not need visitation?

If you have proof that shows one parent is not a good parent, can you get them deemed unfit and get them removed from having any sort of visitation?

Let's say you have video evidence of them being impatient with their baby (yelling/raising voice when baby is crying), spanking them (infant was getting "spanked" for "misbehaving"), taking their bottle away from them, you have pictures of them texting while driving with their child in the car, you have proof that you pay for 99.9% of the child's needs (can provide receipts and things that show your purchases), you have proof where you pay for all the costs of childcare during work hours, you can prove you are the only one who has medical insurance for the child and also are the only one who takes the child to their checkups and gets them help when they are sick, your pediatrician has ONLY you listed as the child's guardian and has the other parent as the "emergency contact", you have a lot of non-recorded documentation written down (abusive remarks the other parent has made, threats the other parent has made towards you AND even the child, etc).

Would that sort of thing be enough to win in court and get sole custody and be able to not allow the other parent around the child? What if other family members wanted to argue and show the court a few "good moments" of the other parent with the child (like a picture or video of them interacting positively)? Would your strong evidence be enough to out weigh the few "positive interactions" and still be enough for the court to rule in your favor?

What about banning the other parent's family as well? If they are equally toxic and abusive and again, you have documentation of where they have said abusive things, made threats, etc, can you also get them added to a ban list where NONE of them are legally allowed to be around you or your child?

The other parent would not react well to you fighting for custody and is likely try to get violent. Same with their family.
