My sister is in a custody battle with her ex, now he's bringing me into it. Making claims that I a*use children. What do I do?

He swore under oath that I apparently have gotten arrested, CPS is involved and I have been abusing my 3 year old niece and to have an order put against me so that I can never see her. I've seen my niece a total of 10 times, due to her living away.

Now I am wondering do I have to put in court a cease and desist or take him to court personally for purgatory (lying under oath). I have never seen the father at all in person nor talked to him.

My niece, I HAVE NEVER done anything. I am so confused and sick, as to why he would even write that in court. If they questioned my niece, they can say that all I do is put on TV kid friendly shows for her to watch and feed her candy when she comes over and then I'm on my laptop doing my own thing.

Never been alone with her either. Having this title attached to my name is a MAJOR thing. He's being vindictive because my sister left their abusive relationship.

The father accused a neighbour of similar that wasn't true during the breakup
Father was an alcoholic who got handy with his fists so neighbour waited for him to get drunk and tackled him, slamming him into the brick window ledge, broke his neck and just left him to be discovered

there's no police records, nor CPS records because I didn't do anything. so its not like I can get records of what doesn't exist. im so confused
