Well, let's see, we've got Chico Marx; Freddie Prinze who was the star and title character of the hit t. v. show, "Chico & The Man", there was Mexican band leader in the `40's whose first name was, Chico.
The closest I ever came (that I recall) was a kid I went to school with who called himself, Chickie.
