How to leave a toxic friend?(?

On my last post, I had stated that I had a friend that wasn’t exactly the best. A lot of you guys said I should distance myself, which I have (and did before I made the post) and today she texted me saying mean stuff and calling me names. If I go back to school I know ima have to deal with her and she will turn all my friends against me. Any advice please?🙁

This girl is toxic! If your current friends are easily swayed by this bully they were never your friend in the first place. Be true to yourself and the people that truly like you will find you. The best advice I can give you is be your own best friend first and that means not listening to what others say or think about you. They are trying to make you miserable because they are miserable don't fall for that trap!! You deserve much better!! In order for a bully to be a bully they first need a victim. Only you can decide not to be a victim and the way too do that is realize that whatever they say says more about them than it says about you. Hold your head high girl!!!

It's either you don't entertain her ego anymore, or give her one last blow that highlights her nasty behavior towards you, and being honest of how you have been feeling. Confide in your friends as well so they are aware of the situation. If they do end up believing her lie very easily, then at least you know which friends of yours really cared about you. Also, don't let her words get to you or define you, stand your ground and keep your head up held high!

  If you start lifting weights, use less weight, but do more reps. You will gain more strength that way and more muscle density, while at the same time still being able to move quickly.
  4 sets of 25 reps is good, then eventually progress to 2 sets of 35 reps and 1 set of 30. Eventually get to 2 sets of 50 reps, then 4 sets of 50 reps. Once you get to the point that you can do 100 reps consecutively, increase the weight.
