Well, yes, it likely is sexist, but, moreso, it is unethical and should be illegal.

Don't get me wrong: I support a woman's right to an abortion, but if the only reason is based on the sex of the baby (so, if the baby was a different sex, she'd take the pregnancy to term), then that's unethical, immoral, is a crime against evolution, and should be unlawful. A woman who does that should be sterilized.
