What would happen if my child father don't pay child support or he doesn't go to court for it cause he's in another state?

Many states have agreements to enforce support orders from other states. See a family practice (divorce) lawyer. Sometimes they will meet with a prospective client for free. Alternatively you might find a lawyer willing to work with you pro bono -- without payment.

Not much happens, especially if he works off the books. The feds and states are supposed to garnish his wage and send it to the mother, but that's not a guarantee either. Sometimes if resources allow for it, they may find the guy and throw him jail, which doesn't help you get any money, does it?
