If you're heavy set in your youth while your young and your metabolism is sky high... what does your future look like? It'll only ever get worse as you age.

However, that's not to say it's impossible to live a good life. It's simply something that will work against it. So, why choose to put yourself through that? It's not necessary.

Life is going to throw plenty of hardships your way. Many of them you're going to have no control over. But this? This is something you have control over.

You're young and still developing. Now is the time in your life when you're building the habits that you'll carry with you for the rest of your life. Be kind to yourself. Set yourself up for success.

Whatever th truth is, weight isn't permanent, which is a good thing

Fat cells are permanent. Dieting causes them to grow and shrink. Significant weight gains can cause them to multiple. So, it's not really a good thing.

That’s not great. Let’s say you gain 10 lbs a year. Rh you are chubby and 10 lbs overweight. But in 7 years you could be 70 lbs and obese. So while chubby is ok now, think your brother is worried about that continuing.
