My boyfriend called me fat?

my boyfriend asked how much i weighed and at first i wouldn’t tell him, but i finally told him that i weigh 140lb. he thinks i need to lose between 5-10 pounds. what’s your opinion?

Well he's just saying his honest opinion. Ask him if he wants to do yoga with you or go for a walk with you. Maybe he wants to cook a healthy meal for you. You can stay fit and healthy together.

Did you say something that he didn't like before? Maybe he just said that to hurt your feelings for some reason.

You don't look fat at all. You look tall and if you're tall 140 lbs. is actually a healthy weight for you. Being fat isn't determined by weight alone, but by weight, height, and fat percentage all at once. What is your height if you don't mind my asking?

Your body looks fine to me. Certainly not unhealthy. I'd be more concerned about your guy talking to you like that when you're clearly not fat. That was quite an asshole thing to say to someone he supposedly likes. He might be an emotional manipulator.
