How to comfort my friend during domestic violence situation?

Law enforcement n others are involved. Well she come from a very traumatic childhood. Her mom and dad didn’t give a crap about her, still don’t. They both blame her for their lives being the way it is. Her mom always have different guys in and out of the house. she treats her like shit even more about men and especially over them. She calls her ugly, stanky, dumb, bitches, hoes, she wishes she was dead and much more. her dad doesn’t answer the phone for her. He walks out of her life whenever and treats her the same. She’s like a punching bag of abuse that nobody protects her from at all.

Now there’s this man that live in the house with her and her mom. He’s from Calhoun Mississippi. she’s underage with no support and protection. Her identity is messed up completely and her father tore up her car to keep her there. His name is Cedrick and he treats her absolutely horrible with the mom.

I was on the phone with her and could hear him in the background having a conversation with her mom about her. A lady came to the house asking for my friend mom. As soon as she came outside the lady was gone. The mom and the guy teamed up on her. He said that my friend was trying to be messy and that’s why he didn’t want to get to know her. Both mom and him were speaking so bad about her. He treats her horrible especially since he been in the home only a week. The guy doesn’t like the fact that my friend has white friends or that she communicates with them. He told her that for the right amount of money white people will take her car and sell it.

Law enforcement is involved and others. They turned heads about the severe abuse until they found out what really was going on in the home. This had been going on for years but nobody did anything. She stay at our house at times but her clothes and food came up missing.

I just don’t know what to do. She cries all the time. This guy from Calhoun Mississippi was interested in her life before the abuse and suddenly he started abusing her
