He never personally hit on me his married but lately his been quite friendly towards me as in conversation wise, so we may have small chats here and there, but yesterday I called him over to help me with work related issue and he kinda seemed upset and didn’t want to help at first and said see I don’t want you to call me only when you need help with something… we at work right why would I wanna get closer to him as in unwork related when first his married and second it’s a job why you think he may be filling this way?

He may just be trying to be friendly with you but doesn’t want you to think he’s willing to do your work for you or have you take advantage of him.
I have had that at my job. First a coworker asks me for help which is okay but then after awhile I’m helping so much that I am basically doing their job.

I don’t really know him or his intentions, but it does not seem likely to me. Not by the actions that you describe. Also cheating on your wife with a coworker is a dangerous move. You could possibly loose your marriage and job all at the same time.
