First i will suggest a full body relaxation session because overactive muscles push you into fight-or-flight mode and when there's nothing to flee from in front of you, you begin to flee from reality itself. Like a chronically tight body squeezes the soul out.
But also what does she do for a living? Some jobs can engage the soul to be more grounded while others require more detachment. ㅤ

I would suggest they get help professionally. They may be experiencing psychosis or something serious.
It’s a sign they’re overwhelmed, confused, or emotionally overloaded. The most important thing is to respond in a way that makes them feel grounded, not judged. They need help.
