You can tell your parents. It’s sounds like you made a mistake and got pregnant. I’m not sure how old you are but often times young people make mistakes and fuck things up on a nuclear level trying to handle things on their own. Not everyone’s parents are smart but they probably have more problem solving experience and resources than you do so you’re probably better off telling them and figuring things out together than doing things on your own.

Second, If you have good reasons to fear your parents reaction, please call a family planning clinic or any equivalent applicable to your country.

Third, if you can't get a test, if there's no family planning, please talk to any adult you trust around you.

Find a trusted adult who you can speak to: a counselor or therapist. Whatever you tell them has to be kept private. Discuss what you options might be and what you'd like to do.

Go from there. And if you choose to end the pregnancy, you will have to get help to do so, even if it's not from your parents. Good luck.

As a parent I would say…. Tell your parents. They might be mad at first but ultimately they will want to help you. No one loves you like your parents do. Besides you won’t be able to hide if for long. Talk to them.

Yes parents would freak! i know as a parent!. So start eating a lot so they think you are fat. you won't have to tell them for six months or next checkup with family doctor.
