Why do friends and coworkers keep finding me annoying and dropping me?

I’m on the autism spectrum and I do have a bit of abandonment issues. I don’t struggle to make friends but I struggle to keep them. I’ve been kicked out of a lot of friend groups, elementary, middle school high school and even college. Some say I’m too much, I’m weird, mocked me for my autistic friends and I got called repetitive and annoying.

  • I just don’t get it. I work at an autism school and am a good paraprofessional but some coworkers find me pretty annoying and I’ve seen some roll their eyes when they see me.
One of my coworkers let’s call her Mariah. She talks to the teacher and the other paraprofessional except me. She gets annoyed when I speak or when I miss social cues. She has patients with autistic children but not me.
My three college friends (neurotypical) last week blocked me from their phones and I got removed from the group chat because they found me weird, annoying, rude and always repetitive. Well they don’t answer when I ask or say anything. I found out they have been hanging out without me. Even a few of my neurodivergent peers were annoyed with me and dropped me.
