Why would a former school bully apologize years later?

There’s a lot of possibilities. Guilty conscience. Maybe as he journeys out into the real world someone bullied him at work then he realized how it felt. Maybe he’s dying, wanted to apologize to everyone he ever hurt. He grew up. Maybe he thinks you’re cute now so he’s trying to lay that ground out to try to talk to you more. Maybe if he has kids they’re being bullied. Many reasons.

several possibilities. either they want to be able to take advantage of you and your position or they actually matured and recognize their wrongdoings and want to apologize.

Because they have matured and regret their past actions. It’s your choice if you want to forgive them or not though.

A girl used to beat me up when i was a boy. Everyday she pulled my hair. Grab my and drag me around.

And one day her sister came to me and said she was sorry and that she didn't like what she was doing, but she does it because she has crush on me.

It's just they don't know how to express it. So they act like they hate.
