Is it safe for a child to lift a parent or 20 kg in videos?

A child? No, that is not safe. A child might only weigh that much. Why would they have lift it in the first place? There should be adults supervising a child that could do that.

As far as lifting a parent, that is a horrible idea. I don't know what the person that answered and said it was safe is thinking.

Once children have the physical coordination to lift weights with correct from, there is no reason not to with supervision. What an appropriate weight is will vary. Until boys hit puberty they aren't going to bulk. My son was doing 20 hours a week of mens' artistic gymnastics at 10 years old, which is a strength based discipline.
