My brother and his girlfriend just bought a house for around 400k. They get the keys later today but they aren't 100% the old owners are out yet. So we live 3 hours away and we are in town for my moms dentist appointment. My mom wanted to drive by and look at it. Thats what I thought we were gonna do, but my mom parked in the drive way and looked over the fence and peaked through a big window in the front. She took a selfie in front of the house and sent it to my brothers girlfriend of her standing in front of the front door. At the time I was afraid someone was gonna see her and feel suspicious. My brother called a little bit after that and was kind of upset and told her not to do that because the owners could still be in there. My mom said it looked empty but my bro was still upset. I think my mom was being too extra. What do you think?

I think so and for a few reasons. One is that the old owners you say were not completely out yet. I think they deserve privacy until they are.
The next thing is that is a big deal and they should be able to see it as owners before anyone else does.
The last thing is that I am sure they will invite everyone over when they have things just the way they want them. That is a big moment for them to show off their new home on their terms.
Not reading all that. If he thinks she is out of line then she is. His house.
Way out of line.
