I've had my hand held most of my life. I know im very fortunate. My brother and I bought a mobile home with some money out grandparents left us behind. Be bought it in 2017. My brother lives in another city. I live in the mobile home, and pay him $670 a month while he pays for the home insurance. So I've been kind of a job hopper. I worked at McDonald's for 4 months and quit 2 months ago. On my last day, my gm said I could always come back. I've applied to countless jobs, and got a couple interviews and no one will hire me, so I was gonna go back to McDonald's. So I applied and had an interview yesterday. It was some guy I never met before so my gm doesn't even know I applied. This guy said he was hesitant to hire me so he's gonna talk the owner. I can barely pay one more month. I told my brother im doing bad financially but he still wants me to pay him rent to teach me responsibility. He said that if I start working, we could consider lowering the rent, but that would he very helpful now. Im just frustrated. Im probably just being entitled though.

Let me understand something… You had a job, you quit that job & now you don’t have a job, you can’t pay the rent & you are doing bad financially? That sounds about right.
As for the mobile home I’m not understanding a few things about it & I have some questions.
1. On paper who owns the mobile home?
2. Is there still a loan on the mobile home & if so whose name is on the loan?
3. Are you keeping records of payments? $670.00 a month.
A word from the wise. Don’t quit a job unless you have another job in hand.
Nah, your brother is valid tho.
