Yes, I think three children, especially when two are still toddlers, is a lot to take on. From an antinatalist perspective, I find it difficult to justify bringing more children into a world that is already plagued by war, suffering, instability, and uncertainty. The world is practically on fire, and raising children requires far more than simply wanting them. I believe people should think very carefully about the responsibilities and consequences of bringing another life into existence.
