Stuff got really weird with my boyfriend, his brother and his mother?

I just encountered the weirdest situation ever.. I was driving when I see this woman with her car broken down and seemed really worried.. so I stop and ask if I can help her.. she said her tire needs to be changed and her husband should arrive after 2 hours... so I offered to help since I know some basic stuff about cars.. while I was helping her.. we got the talking and finally she said that I seem like a really decent girl and .. in a joking manner..wished if her oldest son would get a girl like me , since his girlfriend is a really bad , materialistic girl ..

I took it as a compliment and smiled on .. she gets a call from her younger son and tells him how a girl (said my name ) ..stopped to help her.. her son asked how I looked like and yes, his guess was right..I am his girlfriend ( A very very very very few girls have the same name as mine since I am a foreigner here.. and of course I never saw his mother before) .. She got extremely happy and all.. and explained to him how she thought I would make a good girlfriend to his older brother (she was joking of course) ..

However my boyfriend took this in an okay way...however I got the vibe he got mad a bit. I can't believe this happened to me .. and I am amazed at how fate works! .. anyway, I am afraid things will go awkward between me and my boyfriend and his brother.. and I know his mom feels weird too now .. I can't even imagine the minute when me, his mom and his brother will meet .. do you guys think this is weird , or I should just forget about it ?

I don't think its that weird between you, your boyfriend, his mother, or his brother. Clearly your bf's mother likes you, which is better then her NOT liking you.

No, what will be awkward is being around your boyfriend, his brother and his brother's girlfriend. Who your bf's mother would probably not have slammed if she thought you might run into :p

Yes I wanted to add that in the update! .. I will feel extremely bad when around his bro's gf.. I mean knowing that his mom doesn't like her.. anyway thanks for the answer :)

no she just wanted to put you to the older brother because he has a girlfriend she doesn't like, that's all. So just mention to your boyfriend how you wouldn't date his brother, you feel like you have a much better connection with your boyfriend. And that's it!
