How do I evict my lazy brother from my parent's house?

My brother just turned 40 and he's been living with my parents for all my life. He never worked but he gets taken care of and pays for nothing. There is no reason for this. He isn't mentally handicapped or crippled. He's just lazy beyond words.

I can't sit here and say he's a d***head. He can be nice but he's only nice so he can mooch off my parents. They are getting old they shouldn't have to shelter this man and it pisses me off so much. My dad makes more money in a month than my brother has made in a lifetime.

I can't talk to him anymore. I tell him to get a job but he just ignores me, or fills out one application then quits when he doesn't get a call back. He's a loser that just browses the internet and watches TV all day then comes out of the basement to eat. My parent's house doesn't have a basement but you get the idea.

What do I do about this? I'm out of answers.

My dad always pressured me to get a job and wouldn't stop until I did. Now I'm renting a place and can barely maintain any kind of luxury while my brother doesn't have to do sh*t.
