Men's Fashion Faux Pas I Absolutely Hate

Today's fashion can definitely be awkward, cater to almost no one and yet many people still can't help themselves but follow it - just for the sake of blending in or staying 'fresh'. It's insane to me that some people are willing to wear things that don't suite them at all...just because of these reasons.

P.S. Before the pics remember: if you love these and love wearing them, if you feel good in them then that's amazing and you keep being true to yourself. These are just some of the things I, personally don't like seeing on men.

Here is a LookBook of things that are extremely unappealing on men...[in my own opinion]:

Showing Bare Ankle

- many men have really 'chicken skinny' ankles...and it just looks kind of feminine to me + what's the point? Really...?

Skinny Jeans/Pants

- because of the weird constitution and the unnatural pull they have - it's just weird, and unpleasant - they always look so uncomfortable in them too...weird

Ripped Pants

- just ridiculous... You look at the dude...thinking he looks great and then you see ripped pants and you're like: "What the hell is that?!" Look at this dude, he looks great...but the pants ruing everything.

Short Shorts

- just...looks effeminate

Socks With Sandals

- please...just...please...

Basically, just avoid skinny jeans guys... it's not just fashion, it's medical science

I actually don't mind the ankles as much, it depends though, I think the guy in the white shirt pulls it off much better. Also, not all shirts should be tucked in, sometimes it just looks weird, the combination of the tucked in shirt with the short shorts are bad.

*Those look fine... They're not skinny jeans, they're skinny fit type of jeans, but not literally skinny.
Skinny fit isn't the same as the type that's called skinny jeans.

Guys sometimes have no choice but to buy at least "slim" fit jeans, cause trendy stores don't seem to have anything bigger. I stay away from the "skinny" ones tho. Skinniest style I've seen in the men's section was one called "spray-on". Lol!

Short shorts were normal shorts when I was young. Shorts were almost all cutoffs. (I'd guess at least 95%) Typical inseam was maybe 2-4 inches.

The things they call shorts today aren't even shorts, they are some sort of hybrid of shorts and long pants. They are so long way even bother?

And those skinny jeans.. how the hell do people even put those on? That would freak me out, like I was wearing a straight jacket.

I learned a new term recently - 'hipster'. A lot of metro guys are thinking they are 'hip'. LOL

Unfortunately the FI is raising a whole crop of girlie-men, they think little boys should be just like little girls. And they grow up thinking they are all so well adjusted. Unfortunately the whole charade is a huge turn off to the women.
