  fat can't be healthy coz it risks your heart and put pressure on your joints especially on knees, it makes you feel depressed, loss of motivation to work so there are lots of negatives and very few positives, this isn't about shaming but fat people need to understand that being fat is not healthy, if being fat helped me run fast and jump higher and no heart related diseases or joint pain then i would just munch on kfc fries and would get fat and wouldn't give a fuck but fat is not healthy
