"Art" is in the eye of the beholder. What is or isn't art is in the opinion of the individual.
I never wear makeup because it takes too much time. But my wire sculptures take several days, so what do I know?
Art means something different to everyone. Art is versatile and the same pice of work means something to all edit the viewers.
Art is besically meant to elicit an emotional response. If makeup on a womans face does that, it's art.
Art is not supposed to be anything. Art can literally be everything and anything, it's what you make of it and not what it's "supposed to be".
Art isn't SUPPOSED to be anything. To say it is is ignorant and derails any sincerity you might have had.
Deception is a form of art too. It depends on how you view things in life.
Anything can be a art.
I guess in this case to look like a clone of millions of women is a art. :-)

Makeup CAN be creative, but too many people just want to copy someone else instead of being original.
Art is subjective. You are entitled to believe it's not art and others can beg to differ.
It is at the same time it isn't... some put it on to look good and others put it on to cover wrinkles and bags underneath their eyes
It's an art when they don't make themselves look like a Christmas cake

Most guys like girls with more natural look. Make up i believe is art. Some people think make-up makes the girl look Fake--Which no guy would want.

I 100% agree. The only time it's "art" is costume make up. That's about it. Most girls look the same because they do their make up the same. It's not unique.
Makeup is an art. Not everyone can do it. It takes practice.
It's like a bob Ross painting compared to fine art.
Most artists would call it formula art. Worth very little.
Ok so just because some girls have the same type of make up style doesn't mean that make up isn't art.
I mean anime is art yet a lot of the time the art style can be pretty repetitive. But that doesn't mean its not art.
