No? i'm not mixed with white. I come from two different African countries and lived in america for my whole life. But that's not the point. It's a really ignorant thing to say that they're "prettier" than pure black girls. I don't like how this whole society is trying to put this mindset of "light skins are prettier" into people's head and make black people think that they aren't shit. Plus i've seen black girls that are way prettier than mixed girls lmao
and that other comment where you said that why do some black people use skin lighteners, it's only the ones who are very insecure of their own color. They aren't 'forced' to or whatever, and i know so many black people who love their skin color so much and i would never do shit to my color

I don't see how it's racist or offensive to say lighter is prettier. That's just a preference. Doesn't mean I think darker girls are ugly or less worthy. And exactly. It's a notion that has been embedded in society everywhere, not just in the black community. But if I'm honest, self hating blacks are part of the problem. Bleaching their skin, because they are ashamed of their own skin color. In a way, they are only reinforcing this notion. And I'm not saying there aren't beautiful dark girls cuz they are. But if you read some of my other ones, you will see I also mentioned that mixed race are prettier then the pure race, so I don't know why only blacks are getting offended. And why didn't you comment on the first statement I'm my Mulatto post? And also, for the last one, mixed Arab girls are prettiest when they're mixed with blacks, but some how you failed to see that.
I'm actually brown but ok. Like you know shit about me. And even if i were to be lightskinned, i would still be offended because im a decent human being that understands other people's feelings. If you think light skin is cute, then ok good for you but that was really unnecessary of you to say "THEY'RE PRETTIER THAN PURE BLACK GIRLS" because it sounded like you were degrading black women. And I blame the society for changing the way some black women think about their colors and make them bleach themselves. I don't think it's their fault for them to think like that, if there weren't any of this stupid shit happening they wouldn't bleach themselves.

And I'm not disagreeing with you on the bleaching comment. I know in some countries it's because they feel they can only get a job if they're lighter. But it's up to them to change that thinking, and like I said, bleaching their skin will only help reinforce this notion. I feel bad that dark girls are seen as less attractive, but they should either just accept it, or do something about it. It's like this everywhere. In Latin America this is a big problem

Actually African blacks first enslaved African blacks from other tribes and sold them to Arab slave traders, but yes, they did see them as uncivilized, but the facts are, when Europeans were exploring the world, Black Africans were still living in mud huts. Even now, most black nations haven't advanced much. And as for Appartheid, it was only implemented because blacks were mugging and raping whites, now it's even worst. Yes, racism is bad, but if people want it to go away, the groups that are experiencing racism need to change the aspects of their society that are causing people to be racist against them, instead of just playing the victims. Just as an example, racism wouldn't exist if black and Latino areas didn't have the highest murder rates, and Muslims didn't have most of the terrorists and didn't rape children in Europe. I'm just telling you why racists have the views they have. At some point, these groups need to put some responsibility on themselves.

We do. I'm not denying that. Every race has problems they need to fix. But yeah, they did an experiment once on NatGeo and found that a black cop is just as likely to shoot a black person as a white cop. Largely due to how blacks are portrayed in the media.
