Hmm I actually agree with this. Great post! I think that it is really hard to identify a "naturally beautiful woman" whatever that means. Actually I would even say that a woman ability to do her makeup "well" can actually drastically change the way people view her attractiveness.
Here's the thing. You're not going to be wearing makeup 24/7 when you're in a relationship. So why wear a ton of makeup to go from a 5 to a 7, then a 5 again? That makes no sense to me at all.
Personally, I find a lot of women look naturally beautiful without makeup. I Iike seeing the little "flaws" on thier face like marks or moles or freckles because it makes you real and it's cute. How the fuck am I going to see that cute mole on your left cheek if its covered up. ?
That's why I never say I prefer the no-makeup look.. I prefer a girl who looks nice without it.. SHe don't gotta look gorgeous but nice.. But I figured about the concealin and foundation thing.. I already knew about that ish.. I just don't want some girl who looks like a completely different person wit the makeup on.. And that last girl don't look too much different wit the makeup on or off..
Don't listen to guys - they don't know anything about makeup or beauty. All they know is they like pretty when they see it. YOU are the one in charge of your beauty and attractiveness, not what some dumb guy says.
Love can't start 'till attraction does. And then there needs to be a conversation. So work on your social skills too, and make yourself as pretty as you possible can. YOU will be the winner.

I think its easy for pretty girls to say makeup is dumb, but its much harder for less attractive girls, when they're all graded on looks no matter what
Well, I'm that less attractive one and also think that make up is dumb. I think I would even feel worse wearing it cause while looking at mirror I would know that I'm much uglier without it. When you don't wear it for most of the time you eventually get used to your lack of beauty
The whole backlash of men saying they don't want women to wear makeup is a reaction to the trend for women to wear WAAAAAAYYYYY TOO MUCH makeup and look like plastic mannequins.
But you are correct, sort of. Most men do not want most women to wear no makeup; they want women to look pretty but natural... for a change.
You know how natural one's skin can be if you drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet of fruits/veggies, cut sugars, and junk food... it's okay to have that stuff here and there but heavy makeup is not necessary , im not a fan of red lip stick.
@c0ral_reef You're a teenager, teens go through acne in life, the acne will stop eventually, it depends how it clears up though and how severe the acne is. I do admit it's hereditary in the family and where those genes come from. If girls have acne or blemishes and want it covered, that's fine. I know nothing about makeup but I could have sworn I heard my sisters talk about oil-free makeup, so I don't know if that works either for clearer skin. Speaking to a dermatologist is your best bet... if you haven't done that.
I still get acne and I'm in my 20s now, but I eat healthy and drink water. I rarely wear makeup and never wear concealer. Girls tell me I have great skin all the time even though I have acne and acne scars. They tell me it's better than suffocating the acne with makeup and making it worse
However I do disagree with one thing--I love my red lipstick and everybody loves it on me I get got on more when I wear red lipstick
Whilst I agree with your theory, I can't help but wear it, I feel bare and ugly without. I have more confidence now I'm older, but if I'm going on a first date with someone, I will have to have make up on, no doubt about it.
Always said a girls dating is linear to the distance you stand away from her 😂
From 10 meters she’s a 10 slowly dropping down to up close and personal where you see her neck is a different colour to her face and the top of the fake lashes.

I actually agree with you... Guys say that they prefer girls with no makeup because they obviously have in mind the vamp/femme fatale (red lips, mascara, dramatic eyeliner) but if you go with no makeup at all they'll tell you you look too plain..
At least that's the case with some girls. A bit of mascara, a light lipstick or lip balm totally transforms them from the plain to pretty territory without looking fake/cakey
Honestly i do without the make, i went through phases where i liked make up yet i hated it, i think it's nice for special occasions but not 24/7 365.
If i do wear Make up it's just eye shadow, blush and lipstick / lip gloss , none of this Foundation, etc that you mentioned
I also have a husband that absolutely loves me without make up and that is how he met me, he still thinks I'm the most beautiful woman he's ever seen (even if i think I'm ugly AF)
I prefer women to wear no makeup. Even if she is a 4-6 then I'd still rather see her actual natural face instead of thinking she's a 7 or 8 because she's wearing makeup. It's fake
No I'm pretty certain I like women without makeup. That's not to say that if a woman wears makeup that I instantly don't want anything to do with her, I'm just fine with women not wearing makeup.

This girl I worked with must have had makeup on for 10 years. One day she came in without and I was shocked. She hadn't even been wearing much and my attraction dropped faster than an erection in a men only nudest camp.
I like casual makeup, but like the left side of the top pic more than the right side. I say I prefer no makeup, but suppose what I’m feeling is easily finding makeup overdone. I do like none too, though.

Its competition that's why they do it

this is not true. i do all of the above and take vitamins and still have acne. there are a wide variety of reasons one have acne not relating to food

@thatguyfromtoronto Not true. I'm 35 and do the same and still have it. Acne is about genetics, not habits.

I see my gal without make up all the time, and guess what? I prefer it.
I know what I'm talking about. I don't mind if she wants to wear it, but I prefer her without.
Men dont say they dislike makeup, beacuse they dont want to have the woman look more attractive (they do which is why subtle makeup is fine).
Men dislike makeup, because it can very well be serious deception.
I prefer women to wear no makeup. Even if she is a 4-6 then I'd still rather see her actual natural face instead of thinking she's a 7 or 8 because she's wearing makeup. It's fake
You're absolutely right. If I were a man, I'd also prefer a woman who is gorgeous enough to not need makeup to look good.
No I'm pretty certain I like women without makeup. That's not to say that if a woman wears makeup that I instantly don't want anything to do with her, I'm just fine with women not wearing makeup.

If her makeup makes me think she isn't wearing any, then that's fine, too. She's beautiful with her natural look.
Most of the time less is more when it comes to makeup. I will usually only wear lipstick occasionally.
Good take
