I dealt with disordered eating patterns from those BS diets, it's just not a sustainable life and it does more harm than good in the end. Great take on it.
Great take. The best diet is a healthy, balanced food plan that allows you the foods you crave, in moderation, on occasion. Even the healthy fad plans fail because the cannot be maintained long term.
The reason people are overweight now is because we have too many things that do stuff for us. I ride a bike or motorcycle anywhere. Motorcycle in spring, and summer. Bicycle in fall. Walk in winter. No matter how far I have to travel.
If you think you need a diet, go see a doctor and ask him. Then, if he thinks you need it, go see a specialist.

@Luklear Precisely a pizza about 1200 calories breakfast = about 300-400 calories that’s 1600 calories yet you need 2500 so I don’t understand the difficulty in why people are struggling to lose weight. Bar things like starbucks with 50 g of sugar a cup.
I'm not sure it as simple as calories in calories out, The quality and macros of those calories are critical.

The idea is to not crash diet but to live a healthy lifestyle. Of course, it’s best to see your physician and make sure whatever you do, stick to it.
Exercise, eat some veggies once in a while, don't only eat fast food, boom perfect diet
