This is somewhat true - depending.
Its like dressing in sweats and a tshirt to go to a corporate meeting.
Sometimes a little makeup is appropriate as a part of personal hygiene to make you more put together. there's two kinds of makeup wearing - being vain, and then putting in a little extra effort to present yourself.
Not saying you need a full face - but even natural girls will sport a little concealer, foundation, do their eyebrows and a bit of tinted gloss or balm.
Just makes you look cleaner - but I mean, just going to class or a common job - eh.
I've noticed that some girls who dont wear makeup, tend to not comb their hair or smell.
Not all, but some natural girls, dont care to the point of stink and write it off as being "natural," when really theyre just lazy. And dirty.
Likewise, girls who wear makeup often, some are very vain, arrogant or horrendously insecure, to the point where they become makeup addicts and look cray cray lol

No problem honestly, just have to find those kinda girls who make it their everyday routine. I work with 3 of them as a waitress, and only takes them 20-30 mins to get ready, makeup and all.
