The concept is that large women should not be denied the right to live their lives as they are right now.

They should not have to put everything on hold (including feeling sexy) until they meet some socially enforced idea of slimness.

I can tell you nothing is socially picked up by people unless it alignes with their own perception and makes sense... for example, this is a plus size ad campaign, no matter what people won't start saying oh plus size is sexier jUST because it's being marketed

It is you who misunderstand the purpose of this ad campaign. It exists so that larger women can see themselves as sexy and so men that already agree can support them.

I don't give two flying fucks about professional football. But just because I don't care doesn't mean I think no one else cares or that no one else should care.

The problem here is that you and others seem to be arguing against my existence. Guess what, guys that like large women are all around you and they don't like having to defend their preferences all the damned time. Most of my life I have kept my preference a secret from other men just to not have to deal with this sort of shit. This attitude that I have is A LOT more common than you account for.
