Guys, what do you consider to be immodest dressing?

I usually wear jeans, tops, and skirts. My skirts are around knee length but they are usually figure flattering so you can see my shape (I'm curvy in my lower half). I'm not bothered about my top half since there isn't much there lol, so I can easily cover that, but my lower half is more of an issue. I don't want to be seen, especially by guys, as an immodestly dressed girl, but then I'm not actually sure what immodest dressing is. Is it bad if I wear skirts and jeans that outline my shape, or is it better to wear baggier clothes? Girls can answer too if they want, but I hope to get more of a male perspective on immodest dressing. Thank you :)

It's better to wear flattering clothes. I think you are dressing just fine.

I used to dress in really baggy clothes because I have an ugly face. People used to tell me that since I was ugly I shouldn't be allowed to wear dresses or skirts or anything like that. So I took them seriously. I started wearing clothes two sizes too big. I actually ended up getting comments from people saying I should take better care of myself. I got told that it didn't make sense for me to try and make myself look so unattractive. People asked why I didn't take care of my appearance. A lot of people looked down on me for dressing so messy. My sister told me I looked like I didn't respect myself.

So I asked one of my best friends to take me shopping and pick out what clothes she thought looked good on me. I am thin, but I always hid my body because of my face. She wants to be a professional shopper, so she has a good eye for that stuff. So she helped me find clothes that are modest and flattering to my figure. I still won't wear dresses since that comment from people, but I have started wearing skirts. She taught me it's better to wear clothes that outline your shape. I doubt you dress immodestly. There is nothing wrong with showing some of your shape.

I consider immodest dressing (I think the word you look for is immoral or indecent) is wearing something your couple (or party, eg. friends, family) don´t want you to wear, or something like that; it really depends on where and when you are going to.
let me explain, like going "slutty" to church, that is considered improper or immodest dressing; or dressing that its against the code in the college, for example.
If you want a male opinion this is it: If you are attractive, men will always look at you, the sexier you dress the better, personally I dgaf if you are in church or wherever, you can dress however the hell you want, make it sexy!
But I think its better to ask your girl friends if you are dressing "properly" for some ocassions, beacuse society is judgmental and stuff.

It is fine to outline you shape, some girls can't really do anything about that if that tried. Like you could have two girls with different shapes wear the same thing and it looks difference on them. Immodest dressing is more to me about showing to much skin.

Some people think showing any flesh at all is immodest. Basically there's no one answer. A female that hides her shape is generally less attractive overall because looks/figure matters to guys, however they like it. Seeing generates attraction.

if your clothes shows your shape then its good for guys to look at you but like girls that not only show their shape of what they wear but also like girls that sows a lot of skin that covers up very little of what they have
