Leggings that are see through,
Uber short skirts that ride up,
Thongs or anything like that (these last are instant dealbreakers for me).

I come from a place where a 2 in strip of cloth is almost considered a skirt or dress.

there is zero chance I am telling my girlfriend she cannot wear something.
