Girls who wear full on winter coats indoors, how do you do it?

So I've seen *many* girls walking around the mall in those fur hood down filled parkas. But like fully zipped up. The whole time. How do you do it?

The only time I can do that is when I dressed like shit and hid it under the jacket or if I don't wear anything under it because I didn't feel like it. Same with not doing my hair and wearing a hat. I look well dressed on the outside, but not underneath lol.

I used to wear longer coat when I was in 6th grade and it was not bad.
If I felt hot, I would unzip the jacket.
