they matter in that, they help us give you a compliment on something that you can control. you can't really control generally how you body looks, i mean you can, but for the most part, you can't. so women wear that stuff, so it gives us a reason to compliment you. a big sign of flirtation is complimenting

I don't mind either way, but if she's going to wear it, I prefer stuff that's subtle, not rally garish.

And for some reason I really like those choker things that girls wear. And small earrings. But I fuckin hate any kind of ring, stud, whatever, in the nose, eyebrow, or especially the lip.

It depends. I prefer a clean look, so I'm not keen on a lot of jewelry, but even then a young woman can look really cute with a bunch of bracelets. The pearl necklace is a classic. A multi-stranded pearl choker is hotter.
