Eyes, hair, and how she presents herself overall (like, if she's showing cleavage and leg and in general screaming for attention, or if she's wearing clothing she's comfortable in, or if she's uncomfortable with her looks)

Begging for attention is a breaker. Girls who reinforce their shyness and are completely closed off are as well. And short hair, because I don't find short hair attractive.
