I'm looking for a band that sounds like Sex Bob-Omb! Help

I am looking for a band that sounds something like Sex Bob-Omb from the movie "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World". Their heavy stuff, not "Garbage Truck" or "Summertime".

Google "We Are Sex Bob-Omb" or "Threshold" if you need to hear them. They are a noisy punk band with distorted vocals and nonsense lyrics.

Not exactly similar, but in the same vein of 'noisy punk, disrtoed vocals, nonsense lyrics': Iggy & The Stooges, The MC5, Rocket from the Tomb, The Dead Boys, Richard Hell & The Voidoids, Sonic's Rendezvous Band, Television...

Sex Bob-Omb are more like, post-punk, though. Whereas the ones I mentioned are Proto-punk. But y'know, give it a shottt.

look at punk bands. and some grungy bands. the kinks are kinda close.

I'd recommend listening to Sonic Youth, they sound kind of similar.
