My take: riding a horse in a dress is difficult. Dealing with menstruation in pants, without tampons or pads, is also difficult.

Honey. These are traditional Hungarian dresses. They can have from 3 to 20something layers even. That means 20 separate skirts on top of each other. That could add up to 20something kilograms total.
Though to be fair, they wore that many usually for celebrations.

Either way, on a regular day, a dress with 3 to 6 layers was used. The way I see it, it is MUCH more uncomfortable to fuck somebody that way, than to simply pull off their pants.
So yeah, suffice to say getting fucked in skirt wasn't that common.

But if you have repressed fantasies about having your skirt liften, and being plowed like that, I'd be happy to oblige - I admit, it sounds kind of hot, if it is consensual.

fabric, no soft enough (i got scensative skin)
length, not long enough (i like my skirts to cover all of my legs)

versatility, you get way less with a kilt
