Im not a fan of fake lips/breasts and have never admired those individuals
While I admire chocolate pudding but I don't eat it.
No one admires fake girls. They use them but no ones looking up to them.
That depends upon which brain you ask, and to which is the blood flow going to when asked.
Look, jokes aside, I admit that women with large breast are very sexually attractive to me, but only if it's the real deal. Besides, she is still a real person with thought and feelings. The same is true for us guys too. Everyone wants to be treated with dignity and respect, not objectified and disrespected because of how that person looks. That's another human being. Don't deny a person their humanity.
I think it's because it's kind of like admiring Jessica rabbit (A cartoon character). She's pretty and some guys sexually fantasize about the character but they know she's not real.
I only like natural. Sure women with fake features do look pretty but natural women have it the best. Real features, real curves and an actual face not covered in 3 feet of powder are sexy as fuck.
Very hard to say why there seems to be some hypocrisy but I do prefer the natural look
Regarding the update yes I do find Alexis Ren attractive maybe there is a hard core out there who say "No" to fake lips and fake boobs but what I have noticed about myself is when you move away from the stunning say to average/above average my rates would probably be biased towards the light/ No make up/ Non plastic surgery girls.

Heck, if you thought about the girls you know/knew from high school and college I'm sure you've met a few who were quite thin overall but sported D cups or even sometimes a bit bigger.
