Six-packs are the result of very low body fat, you don't need to workout to have them, you just need to have a low body fat. Most women would probably pick a well build guy with flat stomach but no six-pack over a skinny dude with a six-pack. Actually, I'd rather pick guy that isn't super strong, but in good shape over a fragile guy with a six-pack. So, if you want to focus on something, focus on being strong, not on having a six-packs. Here's an example of what i am talking about. The last guy's look is achievable and it looks better than guys in the first picture. Actually not all girls are into very big muscles, so most girls would probably like the last guy the most.

Of course six-packs are attractive, but the point was they are only the topping of the cake. They are nice to have if you are built overall, but they aren't more important than the other muscle groups.
You don't... it's stupid you don't understand why some people have a six-pack. My abs show too when I lose body fat and I don't do any ab exercises.

Dumby. Your body naturally stores fat. If you have low body fat, it means, without question, you have a active life style verse your diet. Which means you're working out. More to the point, you gain proper abs when you workout.
Next, what's even more dumb, is mass takes money. You can not gain size without having the money to do so. Smashing abs and being tone is free. Losing weight is MUCH cheaper than gaining. You don't know what you're talking about.
I know very well what i am talking about, you just can't accept a different point of view. My body fat on my abdoment is naturally lower than on the rest of my body. A few years ago i didn't workout at all and at some point i lost a lot of weight and guess what? My abs showed too. The fact that my ribs showed as well is another thing. But the reality is your abs don't have to be strong to show, you just need to not have much fat on top.

You're talking about "focus on being strong" without understanding the financial undertaking that is. 5 situp types will get you abs in 90days. That's a fact. To properly develop your chest you need several different complex motions that are extremely hard to do at home. Same with arms. Without a property diet, you can forget about size. Ab definition requires diet maintenance and consistency.
Girls actually say they are attracted to six packs. Why? Because they dont know human anatomy enough to know which muscle groups are attractive to them. HINT: abdomens, medior deltoids, biceps/triceps, pectorals.
I mean they are hot, but when they are the result of working out. The point is between a guy like the first pic and the rest, i would rather have the rest. They are so much hotter. I don't care about the six pack for them because their body fat is in the healthy range and they are fit. The first guys look like they are starving.
I know, I was just pointing out - so far whenever a woman complemented me, it was for my abs, even though I practically never target my abdomens, and when I was way less muscular, they never complemented me, even though I had visible abdoments. Most guys understand that abs are irrelevant if you aren't muscular otherwise.
I always hear and see them talking about it, some put way too much focus on it. I mea really, would rather have the guys in the first photo or any of the guys below them? It is obvious who works out more.

I think you might be conflating body types. Ectomorphs, work out as much as they want, are always going to be somewhat limited by their body type. Muscle develops over a certain body structure. It sounds like what you're saying, is you don't like ectomorphs, since the first two seem that way. The last three guys are more mesomorphic. I've been strength training intensively for about two years. But I still look pretty skinny, in terms of my body structure. I do have some visible muscle though. The second guy does have some shoulders and some biceps - muscle wise, but he's a naturally skinny guy, so...
I have a six pack and the V line thing. I'm less interested in what girls like. I do it to improve my strength, to keep me physical and healthy, learn something new, and to put my energy in something creative. So if girls don't like it, well, they know what they can do...
Who cares what other think. I train for my self not for some random girl. I never trained to get pussy, i train cuz i enjoy it and i love to challenge my self. Guys that train for girls only have no idea how to train and they look bad.

You definitely need to work out to have a six pack. It requires lots of work, dieting and good Gene's. The skinny guys with six packs likely work out a lot, are naturally skinny and have a hard time gaining wait and muscle.
Guys think six packs make them look good and they like having them the same way some women like shoes or designer clothes, and very few guys care about that.

None of those guys are fit. Developing abdominal and lower back muscles are not some 'gimmic' you unlock by lower body fat, I train gymnastics and martial arts and the muscles of the trunk are crucial for any kind of flipping, rotation, and especially kicking. But that's the thing about 'western fitness' ... people train to for superficial reasons and very seldom are out to develop the functional movements of the body.
I don't do any ab exercises and i don't starve either, yet my abs muscles show. And yes, those guys are fit. Just because you are more trained it doesn't mena they aren't
OMFG I suddenly want you to write my takes on this. This kinda stuff really fascinate me. Actually exercising for better health and physical mobility or whatever good stuff, rather than just aesthetics.
@CubsterShura Functional Movement with proper loading creates the perfect structures for the body, we can't change the body directly but we can always make the movements more graceful, it becomes a spiritual practice, especially in martial arts.

Also you do have to work for abs. True they don't show without low body fat (and it varies). But you need to build those abs they aren't just magically there.
Most guys I've known with a six pack were pretty weak. Even back when I was fat and didn't do mid section workouts I could still do more sit ups than my two friends that had six packs and I weighed more than both of them. I work on my arms, shoulders, and legs. Just doing that is enough. I wouldn't want to be skinny like that.
For the same reason that women think that men want love more than respect. We think that women want defined six packs, because that is put forward as the ideal masculine body. And the ideal feminine body is important to us. Men are visual after all. So we are expecting women to feel the same about our bodies that we do about theirs.
It just shows a lack of understanding of the opposite sex

Honestly I still want the action figure build with a six pack even if women don't prefer it. Being built more like that makes me feel more capable , more like iv got a suite of power armor and it looks better on other guys than if there fat or skinny. So really it's more for me than for women.
The point was that a six pack shpuld not be the main focus. Look at the guys i gave as an example. If you are well built then the 6 pack is a plus, but it's not something i would want without the rest.

If you do anything with your legs, you are doing "ab exercises". The core is the secondary target muscle group in squats, leg raises, lunges, bridges, step-ups etc. If you don't exercise, you might as well starve yourself to death, you won't have anything that resembles a six pack.
Dumbass. It takes months of working out of dieting to achieve a six pack. Your body naturally converts calories into fat, and when you're not working out you will gain fat. I workout every day and have a four pack (because of weird genetics) and decent biceps and chest muscles. I eat around 5 g rams of sugar per day (not including natural sugars from milk and fruit), and it still took me around 3 months. Its not easy bitch. Stop declaring things on subjects you know nothing about.
As long as you are in shape that's what counts. I prefer a dad bid, but whatever you have I'll take it. I've recently lost 40lbs, but I still have a tummy. Does my boyfriend care? No. Just as long as he can play with my boobs he's happy
It's likely a societal thing. People talk, media and movies shows, and people bite on. Being healthy should be the focus/goal. Six-pack and what not is a bonus.
Having a bod like that is instantly attractive to girls on a primal level, making it easier for guys to get sex. Any guy can get sex, but it might take longer and be harder if he doesn't have the body. In my opinion, of course.
