Bangs: Hot or not?

Question

Bangs: Hot or not?

lumos · Accepted Answer

I usually like bangs. I don't think I've ever seen a girl with bangs and immediately thought "oh wow you'd look better without them". But it does suit some people more than others.
I used to have bangs for yeeeears, both a sideswept and a regular mid part one. It suited my face, but I was also really embarrassed over my forehead for some reason. I thought it looked big. Then I discovered that dyeing or slightly coloring in my eyebrows with makeup made my forehead less big (my hair is naturally super blonde), so then I started growing my bangs out. Now I like how open my face feels, like I'm not hiding behind a curtain. But getting bangs is def something girls should try if they're bored with their current hairstyle, it's a nice way to mix things out. And they grow out within a couple of months anyway, so no harm done.

Too many of the wrong people get them. On the right person i love them

Depends on the facial features. Sometimes bangs bring out the best features, sometimes they hide them. I have no idea what I'm talking about.

TheUniqueOne96 · Accepted Answer

I think they can look really nice nice, but I don't think they're for everyone.

Servus09 · Answer

Layered bangs look fine on everyone. It's the straight cut bangs that only look good on some people.

Anon-ymous1 · Answer

Ehhh... they're *selectively* hot. Most girls can't pull them off, sad to say, if we're being honest here.

Temporal_Ice · Answer

Bangs, it depends, some can pull it off, others don't.

capncool · Answer

Depends on the girl, some pull it off better than others and certain haircuts look better than others.

Grond21 · Answer

Some people with bangs look hot. But in my opinion, ninety-nine times out of a hundred it is despite the bangs, and not because of them

RedThread · Answer

Depends on the woman and her face shape and hair texture

loveslongnails · Answer

Looks great on Zooey and Taylor, but not on every girl.

A-man-22 · Answer

Bangs? You mean long hair? Anyway the people in the pictures look nice so yes.

Cask23 · Answer

I'm old enough to remember tends from different decades. No, don't like bangs. Reminds me to much of the 70's.

DDpsy · Answer

They can be cute on some women but I think they are kind of risky since you can't change to some other look fast.

ZeussLightningBolt · Answer

They CAN be. Depends on the girl. On the first girl they look hot, on the second girl not so much

Anonymous · Answer
