I think some people can pull them off. Not everyone can pull off facial piercings in general.

I myself have a regular nose ring and I can't pull it off, but at least I'm self-aware about it. I also used to have snake bites in my high school days.

I don't like the big hoop ones like the girl in the Pic you posted but I do think the small horseshoe ones look super cool though. But not everyone can pull it off. Really depends on the person's style for sure.

I can count on one hand how many times I have seen a woman that actually looks cute with a nose ring. I think it makes a woman look harsh and unattractive. It causes the eyes to take to your nose.
