Why in the name of humanity, do we have women walking around with painted on eyebrows?

Who told them that "hey, you know... If you shaved off your eyebrows and painted them on again, you can be like a living cartoon character!"?

I had this Asian girl in my class in middle school. She would do this all the time, and freak the guys out! 😭


Women... Please don't ever think about doing that. It's so frustrating and weird. I dunno what to say when I see these gargoyles walking around, with permanent exaggerated features like that... 😳

I really don't see the appeal either. I have know a woman at this salon who had her eyebrows permanently removed than had them tattooed as she said it was "convenient" than constantly getting them threaded. I just found it extra though.

It goes with young men now shaving lines/slits in their eyebrows thinking that it's "cool", but the whole idea actually derives from gang related references.

Some people just seek to look outrageous. The shave off and pencil on eyebrow thing is not new. It's been done in many cultures for thousands of years. More recently in the 1930s in Hollywood women plucked their brows to death, then repenciled them in.

lmao they probably don't know how bad it looks especially in middle school when they're too young to know. I personally trim/cut my eyebrows because they're so dark but I never put makeup on them or anything
