Why are kitten heels so uncomfortable?

I can walk in 3 inch heels more comfortably than kitten heels. I feel like some of them are designed to be very unstable.

And for some reason, I feel like I can walk comfortably in either flat shoes or high heels. I don't get why I can't stand kitten heels at all.

Okay, for a moment I thought this was going to be about how annoying it is when you are laying on the couch and your roommate’s cat walks across your chest and you just have all the cats weight in that one spot and it hurts.

It’s probably because kitten heels don’t have good arch support. Three inch heels are made to support you.

Maybe you just haven't used them enough top get used to them> I would think that if someone can walk in 4" stilettos that 2" kittens should be easier! (The shorter heel is more appropriate for business wear.)

I have a pair of 3 inch heels that I have been wearing for years in literally every occasion. I even ran in them once when I was running late to some place and I was stuck in traffic.

A pair of kitten heels I had though, oh gosh. I can't even walk in them and I quickly got rid of them. Recently I discovered these heels are still in the house and they were never throws away. And they still looked good. I wondered if I could wear them again. After wearing them out once for testing them I realized why I never bothered to wear them. And I never wore them again.

They are actually very un-comfortable but I have not seen ladies complain about it and they kinda rock it in my area. I will not act like that I know how it feels like walking on stick.

They aren't meant to be comfortable. They make you unstable to change your gait, making it "sexier", by some value of sexy defined by the media/patriarchy/your villain of choice.
