Could adding a turtleneck under a shirt and tie make the outfit more feminine?

I have this wool blazer and pants that I want to wear to graduation but also it looks too much like a guy lol... could this work?

I like turtlenecks, but i don’t they add femininity, in this case at least. You could try wearing a skirt instead of pants, i think that would make the outfit look more feminine.

I do have matching pants but I would have to use a non matching skirt (I’m more of a pants girl than a skirt girl). So it doesn’t add anything in this case?

No, i don’t think that in this case the turtleneck makes you look more feminine. If you don’t like skirts, maybe another way to make this outfit more feminine is by wearing something tight on top (under the blazer) to highlight your curves.

I have a sweater like this which I could put overtop, it’s fitted so shows off my curves a bit. I think the black would match my outfit from the picture. Blazer and sweater and dress shirt and tie and turtleneck and pants for a summer graduation does seem a little too much but if you think so I can try it!

It may be too hot in it, i think you should keep it simple. Dont over do it. Let the classic speak. Clothes should be worn not promoted. You promoting you not the outfit. Less is more i think.
