As a native born East Asian, the answer is: we have different cultural standards of beauty.
Women in East Asia may enjoy and look for different traits in men compared to women in the US.
We have our own beauty standards for men and women, and Americans have their own beauty standards.
Our beauty standards are not GLOBAL beauty standards.
The same goes for America's beauty standards.
Different countries, different cultures have different beauty standards.
For example, in East Asia, we have a very restrictive beauty standard when it comes to women's weight. There was even a challenge for it - if you cannot hide your waist behind a sheet of A4 paper held up vertically, you were considered not ideal or straight up fat. Similarly, there is also a "any woman above 50 kg (110 lbs), irrespective of her height is fat" standard. I personally don't agree with that one, because I like tall women, and one of my Asian ex-s was about 175 cm (5'9") and she weighed about 56 kg (123 lbs). If she weighed 50 kgs (110 lbs), she would definitely fall into the very underweight range.
Obviously, we don't apply the same standards to American women.
It's just the standard for East Asian women that we hold our own women up to.
There are similar standards for East Asian men that we do not expect other cultures to understand nor adopt.
I remember one especially obnoxious American woman on here saying: "I don't even consider these East Asian male celebrities as men"
I replied: "Lady, they probably don't consider you a woman either."
Different cultures, different beauty standards.

Obviously some consider them gay but there are many women like a lot around the world who like k pop, kdrama so they are popular and like them because of their flower boy image in particular.
About gay looking they can grow facial hair but the actors/idols have to maintain the flower boy image to gain easy popularity and make money.
Yes they do because of their hairstyles, their clothing, and how close they are lying to each other.
They do look feminine but it’s attractive in my opinion
