Yess some people are really talented and can make themselves look like anyone with make up.
You can do a lot with playing with light and dark in your face. Light and shadow.

But you don't really look like a different person.
I would recognize you both with and without make up.

i personally wouldn't recognise probably because im not good with other races but it still does resemble you BUT it looks like you've used an app to put the makeup on and change the hair colour. looking a little clown-like lol. you look much prettier without all that extra makeup.

Yes it can but personally I think it should be used only to enhance your features. I'd feel strange drawing on a whole new face and i'm happy with myself as I am, I don't need to creature insecurity from changing myself entirely everyday. But in an artistic sense it's pretty cool what makeup can do.

I think people with monolid look the most different in makeup.
The crease naturally contours the eye, so the makeup doesn't make that much of a difference visually for those who naturally have a crease.
But without the crease the contouring isn't there, so it visually looks very different with and without makeup.

I think the other aspects of makeup do not make much a difference on how a person looks like.

Yes. And that’s the same reason why I hate it.. if you are ugly... having to fix yourself by layers of makeup won’t fix that.. cause if I go out with you and see you are fine, then I wake up with you the next morning to an ugly woman.. it’s the equivalent of a woman having too much to drink and thinking she is with a hot dude and getting sober and waking up to a dude with half his teeth missing and such.. don’t catfish me with a hundred pounds of makeup.

I can recognize you. But yea you look different, since the makeup (2nd image) is bringing out other features you want the attention to go.

But I much prefer you without the makeup. Way more beautiful.

Well you’re naturally pretty. Some people have very bad skin and really dark circles and discoloured skin so it makes a big difference for them. For you it just added some colour on your eyes and cheeks and lips basically.

I don’t believe make up can make somebody more attractive but it might make them look more common - Girls with common faces generally get higher attractiveness ratings just because people have different views on looks
