What do you think of guys in flip flops?

I personally don’t find flip flops attractive on guys but I’m not against a guy wearing them, it’s just my opinion. Just like some girls like beards and some don’t. Is that just me though? I’m curious what some people think

It would be similar to a guy turned of by a girl in blue jean pants. Its just your/there preferences. But I dont think you would pass on a hot guy just because he had filp flops on.

Kinda but not exactly, it’s something that happens to get mentioned in conversations but not awkwardly. When I get close enough with someone that is like me, it gets causally mentioned in a way that occurs appropriately. But its usually just a conversation that involves that, like it would be a conversation about flip flops than I would probably say I don’t like flip flops and see what they say and if they say they would ever wear them. A couple times guys have told me on their own that they would never wear them. That’s the best I can explain it, it’s a bit complicated to explain lol

I dont like slide flip flops but wear the 'thong' style flip flops. Its It any flip flops in general or a specific style, just woundering because I had thought about this as a major factor when looking for a female date.

That's all they wear in Hawaii. If you wear shoes you are considered square. I wear them if I'm going to the beach myself. Much cooler in warm weather. If your feet look like Godzilla's please wear shoes.

I feel like most people care way too much about clothes. Like I only have one criteria when it comes to clothes and that is comfort. Beyond I generally don't care.
But from what I see among my friends, they almost always sacrifice comfort for something that looks fashionable. Good for them if it makes them happy but I hate it when they try to impose the same on me.

Sandals. Really. Must be a area thing. They are very normal where I am in the summer. Sandals are also popular but tend to be worn by older people. Flops are comfy and very convenient. I was brought up to not wear shoes in the house so that makes it easy.

I'm from the Netherlands and I heard that flip-flops in the US are way more common. Here they're generally seen as bad taste.
Sandals are a little bit more for girls I guess. Men wear loafers more, but they're also popular for girls I guess. Or just sneakers or nice shoes, but tbh for men I don't like sneakers that much anymore after your teenage years.
Our style is a little bit less casual than in the US.

That’s the only place I wear them is in a public shower. In boot camp the Marine Corps issued us flip flops for that very purpose. The drill instructors called them Jesus slippers lol.
