I wear seatshirts. I can't wear tight t-shirts cause it shows...

tank tops, t-shirts, regular blouses, your nipples will get used to the material always brushing against them and will stop Poking out, it just takes time. in the meantime.. just "Own it" and remember... "no shame in my game"
