no, women are prettier than men cause they generally have better facial features, usually men have a bad or big nose, men are hairy etc. the bad facial details are due to genetic, the genetic is influenced by the health of your ancestors, (i mean if they had diseases etc.) that influence your aesthetic appearance, and women have a better defence against diseases due to the chromosome XX

Just because they have fit body do not make them young.
I saw a woman in her 50s. If you look at her body, it is like she is in her 20s. If you look at her face, it is very obvious that she is old.
Face gets old by age. Body do not chance as much. One can be fit in her or his 50s but when you look at their faces, their face tells about their ages. They may look like 10 years younger but that's it. A woman in her 50s will maximum look like she is in her 40s based on the face.
Look at an average 30 year old woman. And come again.
