Why don't shops stock skirts and dresses made for guys the right way round?

If there was more thought put into the subject the fashion industry could be making money out of it, and the shops leaving somewhere for guys to look for skirts and dresses for themselves in the clothing shops which will give them a dedicated place to try on clothes for guys without being told their girl's clothes, they will not girls or girls department or style? As opposed to the girl's way which is to the left and guys do up to the right? I put the. Question to you?
