When I run on the treadmill now I can feel the extra 25 lbs on me.
I miss being lean and fit.

None of my business. They are happy? Leave them alone. They're healthy? Leave them alone. They didn't ask for your attention, KEEP YOUR EYES TO YOURSELF. I think nothing of their bodies. It's theirs. If you care about a person you're not worrying about their bodies. MIND your own BODY and fix it if it bothers you. That's what I tell people.

At least stretch marks and c section scars is part of being a woman.
My changing body is from drinking beer and eating too much banana bread.
It's fun to look at my butt now because it's getting round like a woman's. 😅

It's getting harder to stay in shape.
I was going to get thin again, but I just hurt my ankle really bad trying to show my teenage son how to do a catwalk on his bike.
My ankle is swollen, I can't even walk. 😅
I worry that dad bod may be my only option now unless I can't get to the refrigerator.

I'm no expert so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Dieting is not all about exercising. If you eat fewer calories than you need to maintain your weight you will lose weight. If you eat more calories you gain weight.

Cutting down your meal sizes by 10% may be all you need to lose a few pounds?

I just find the last bit of belly fat takes so long to go.
I'm scared I'll lose weight in my face first and look sick unless I workout and turn some fat into muscle.
Oh well, I may be forced to just sit and diet now.
I hurt my ankle worse than ever. I will never bmx again.
