None of my business. They are happy? Leave them alone. They're healthy? Leave them alone. They didn't ask for your attention, KEEP YOUR EYES TO YOURSELF. I think nothing of their bodies. It's theirs. If you care about a person you're not worrying about their bodies. MIND your own BODY and fix it if it bothers you. That's what I tell people.
I have kind of a mom bod. I mean c-section scar and stretch marks, doesn’t get more mom bod than that. Lol
I think it's more attractive on women.
At least stretch marks and c section scars is part of being a woman.
My changing body is from drinking beer and eating too much banana bread.

If attracting hot members of the opposite sex doesn't matter to you a bit of a gut won't matter but it is easier to get it out of control and become fat.

I was going to get thin again, but I just hurt my ankle really bad trying to show my teenage son how to do a catwalk on his bike.
My ankle is swollen, I can't even walk. 😅
I worry that dad bod may be my only option now unless I can't get to the refrigerator.
I'm no expert so take what I say with a grain of salt.
Dieting is not all about exercising. If you eat fewer calories than you need to maintain your weight you will lose weight. If you eat more calories you gain weight.
Cutting down your meal sizes by 10% may be all you need to lose a few pounds?

I just find the last bit of belly fat takes so long to go.
I'm scared I'll lose weight in my face first and look sick unless I workout and turn some fat into muscle.
