Yes. It can show if they are compatible or not. For example if I wanted a good girl for long term, I would likely avoid women that dressed with revealing clothes that are likely to be promiscuous.

I think the way a person dresses is way to express themselves... It has nothing to do with attractiveness.
I for example wear colourful clothing and I think it looks great for me because I love colours, I even have a colourful tattoo.
